ITA: “Poesie, però non troppo” (Interno Poesia 2023) è un libro che nasce sui palchi dei locali e dei teatri, dove Lorenzo Maragoni si è fatto conoscere come poeta performativo, arrivando a diventare nel 2022 campione mondiale di poetry slam. Le poesie contenute in questa opera diventano, dunque, per la prima volta libro, arrivano alla carta piene di chilometri di viaggio addosso, cercando di trattenere un po’ della vibrazione del palco. Sono poesie fatte di corpo e voce, di ritmi e di pause, nate e cresciute grazie al costante contatto con il pubblico. Poesie che cercano di restituire l’eco lontana dell’incontrarsi, poesie ora pronte ad incontrare il pubblico con la lettura invece che l’ascolto, con gli occhi e le mani, anziché gli occhi e le orecchie, pronte a partire per un nuovo viaggio.

ENG: “Poesie, però non troppo” (Interno Poesia 2023) is a book that was born on the stages of clubs and theatres, where Lorenzo Maragoni made himself known as a performative poet, becoming the world champion of poetry slam in 2022. The poems contained in this work therefore become a book for the first time, arriving on paper after miles of travel, trying to retain some of the vibration of the stage. They are poems made of body and voice, of rhythms and pauses, born and raised thanks to constant contact with the public. Poems that try to return the distant echo of meeting each other, poems now ready to meet the public by reading instead of listening, with eyes and hands instead of eyes and ears, ready to leave on a new journey.

ITA: Lorenzo Maragoni è attore, regista, autore e poeta performativo. Dal 2018 partecipa al circuito italiano del poetry slam, di cui nel 2021 è campione nazionale e nel 2022, rappresentando l’Italia alla World Cup di Parigi, campione del mondo. Ha scritto e interpreta due monologhi, Stand up poetry, menzione speciale al NoLo Fringe Festival di Milano e vincitore del festival Inventaria di Roma, e Questa cosa che sembra me, prodotto dal Teatro Stabile di Bolzano. Nel 2022 ha portato i suoi pezzi al programma tv Italia’s got talent.

ENG: Lorenzo Maragoni is an actor, director, author and performative poet. Since 2018 he has participated in the Italian poetry slam circuit, of which in 2021 he is national champion and in 2022, representing Italy at the World Cup in Paris, world champion. He wrote and performed two monologues, Stand up poetry, special mention at the NoLo Fringe Festival in Milan and winner of the Inventaria festival in Rome, and This thing that looks like me, produced by the Teatro Stabile in Bolzano. In 2022 he brought his pieces of him to the TV show Italia’s got talent.
